He is survived by: his wife Artha Elizabeth Timothy of Hope Mills; his children, John J. Timothy (Karla P. Timothy) of Stedman, Frank A. Timothy (Misty C. Timothy) of Great Falls, Montana, Carol L. Callahan (William K. Callahan) of Fayetteville and Raven A. Timothy; his grandchildren, Nicholas Timothy (Amanda), Nathan English, Colby Callahan, Madaline Castro (Jesus), William Timothy (Sierra), Talon Timothy, Jacob English, Trinity Timothy and Caeley Callahan; and his great grandchildren, Arabella, Parker, Maisie and Delilah.
