She is survived by: her husband Jose Manuel Hernandez-Ramirez; her children, Natalie Hope Hernandez-Ramirez and Nathaniel Thomas Hernandez-Ramirez; her mother Sharon Gail Matthews Moore of Stedman, NC; and her siblings, Jennifer Renae Walters (Ronald Craig McLaurin) of Eastover, NC and Jessie Thomas "Junior" Moore, II (Jennifer Renee Stanley) of Eastover, NC. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
