James Osborne Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 26, 2018, at the age of 85, James Osborne (Cape Fear, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Benjamin Adam; his wife Mae Howard Osborne; and his brothers, A. J. Dixon, Robert Osborne and Harry Osborne.
He is survived by: his parent Lee Measamer Osborne; and his children, Ron Osborne, Joy Osborne Lloyd, Att, Office of Development and Rocky Point Drive. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
