She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred Hall and James Walton; and her stepfather John Orr. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Lane; her daughter Shelly Poplin (Jimmy) of Warsaw, NC; her sisters, Donna Kraidman of Coatsville, PA, Sharon Mustard of Fayetteville, NC and Michelle McLaurin of Hope Mills, NC; her stepson Rocky Lane; her grandchildren, Lindsee Newell, Thomas Johnson III, Devon Lane and Melinda Lane; and her great grandchildren, Allen Newell, Logan Newell and Mason Newell.
