We are sad to announce that on January 30, 2021, at the age of 79, Hazel Marie B Smith in Cape Fear, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Randy Smith; her parents, Melvin Bowden and Maggie Wallace Bowden; and her sisters, Catherine Jean Johnson, Brenda McLean and Helen Fish.
She is survived by: her husband James "Mickey" Smith; and her siblings, Dorothy McLean (John L.), Estelle Carter (Kenneth), Woodrow Bowden, Bill Bowden (Elizabeth) and Wayne Benton (Judy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Balm in Gilead Christian Center, 3110 Doc Bennett Road, Fayetteville, NC 28306.
