He was predeceased by: his father Gerald R. McGregor; and his brother Gary Timothy McGregor. He is survived by: his mother Nellie New McGregor; his siblings, Linda Garner (David) of South Carolina and Darrell McGregor; his nieces, Amanda Bailey (Danny) and Valorie Garner; and his great-nephews, Elijah Bailey, Levi Bailey and Asher Bailey.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Bladen-Gaskins Funeral Home & Cremation Services (3131 M. L. K. Dr, Elizabethtown, NC 28337).
