He is survived by: his wife Wanda Bass of Hope Mills; his children, Todd Bass of Pine Top, Rose McIntyre of Raeford and Teresa Willetts of Godwin; and his brothers, Ray Bass of Wilson and William Earl Wood of Black Creek. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Due to Covid, there will be a graveside service at a later date.
