Groot; his sons, Jeff Hunnicutt (Caroline) and Steven Hunnicutt (Terri); his grandchildren, Eric M. Hunnicutt of Wilmington, Alec G. Hunnicutt of Wilmington, Noah G. Hunnicutt of Wilmington and Carly Bussman of Wilmington; and his sisters, Jean Ellis and Sarah Phillips of Wilmington, NC. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
