She is survived by: her children, Stephan Kelley and Elizabeth; her mother-in-law Jean; her siblings, Charles Russell of Mississippi, Bill Russell (Barb) of Fairmont, WV, Herb Russell of Fairmont, WV and Judi Russell of Clarksburg, WV; and her half-sisters, Ann, Betty Jo and Louise. She is also survived by many cousins, nephews, nieces, great-nephews and great-nieces; close friends.
