He was predeceased by: his father Captain William J. Brogdon; and his sister Nita Brogdon Yeager. He is survived by: his mother Joyce M. Brogdon; his brothers, Douglas William Brogdon of Raleigh and William T. Whitacre (Debra) of Southerland, VA; and his aunts, Betty Carter of Texas, Maureen Rosewag of Edenton and Monica Richardson of England.
