He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Leo and Mattie Privette Webb; his former wife Mary Joyce Winstead Webb; his children, Pamela S. Webb, Bruce A. Webb and Stephen E. Webb Sr.; his great grandchild Charles R. Jones, III; his stepson-in-law Hugh Reiber; and his brother Russell Alan Webb.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Guthrie Webb; his daughter Lynette Webb Edwards (Allen); his stepdaughter Suzanne Boone Reiber; his grandchildren, Kimberly Whitley (Danny), Candice Evans, Joy Spivey (Rusty), Stephen E. Webb II (Jennie) and Hillary Webb (Jessie); his stepgrandchildren, Melanie Cooper (Matthew) and John Milone; his great grandchildren, Cassadie Jones, Caleb Jones, William Spivey, Adalynn Spivey, Olivia Webb, Isabel Webb, Taylor Webb, Payton Webb, Sterling Bass, Mallory Bass and Isabella Milone; and his brother Norman Webb (Bonnie).
