He is survived by: his mother Margaret Warren Springfield; his significant other Mendy Barrow of Cape Carteret; his brothers, Kirk Springfield of Williamsburg, VA, Michael Springfield (Tanya) of Cape Carteret and Daniel Springfield (Stacey) of Nicaragua; and his nieces and nephews, Holly, Riley Springfield, Jacob, Joshua and John Springfield.
