She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald Waters; her son Randy Waters; her parents, Rudolph Mitchell and Lillian Mitchell; and her siblings, Shirley Davis, Thomas Mitchell, Sammy Mitchell and Jimmy Mitchell.
She is survived by: her sons, Wayne Waters (Gloria) of Winterville, NC, Jeff Waters (Niki) of Cape Carteret, NC and Christopher Waters of Stella, NC; her daughter-in-law Maria Waters of Bayonne, NJ; her grandchildren, Brian Waters, Chandler Waters, Lakota Waters and Chase Henderson; her stepgrandchildren, Michael Jones, Steven Jones and Ryan Jones; and her great grandchildren, Miranda Waters, Scarlett Waters, Raylon Waters, Christopher Jones and Isabelle Jones. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In keeping with the CDC guidelines pertaining to the Coronavirus, those who are ill or at-risk (elderly, immune-compromised) are encouraged to stay home.
