She was predeceased by: her parents, Linwood Downing and Esther Johnson Downing; her husband Sidney Lunsford; her brothers, Alton and Lawrence Downing; and her grandson David Lunsford.
She is survived by: her son Tony Lunsford of Cape Carteret; her stepson Charles Lunsford of Norman, OK; her grandchildren, Ana Parker (Joshua) of Cape Carteret, Kathie Johnson (Jerry) of Norman, OK and Tom Lunsford of Norman, OK; and her great grandchildren, Katie Johnson, Ayden Parker, Miles Parker, Chris Johnson, Brian Johnson, Grant Johnson and Danny Lunsford. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
