He is survived by: his sons, Josh Luper (Isabella) of Stafford, VA and Cody Luper (Danielle) of Stumpy Point; his siblings, Cindy Sewell (Mike) of Roanoke Rapids, Betsy Nagy of Rocky Mount, Joan Lucas of Rocky Mount and Tim Luper (Sylvia) of Rocky Mount; his sister-in-law Brenda Arrington of Elm City; and his grandson Braidan Luper (Berkley).
