She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Perkins and Elsie Perkins of Sandusky, OH.; her brother Gene Perkins; and her former husband Wayne Evans. She is survived by: her children, Aline, Jerry Evans (Kathy) of Houston, TX, Phil Evans (Lauren) of Stella, NC, Craig Evans (Tammy) of Sanford, NC, Glenn Evans (Calvin) of New York, NY and Randy Evans (Glenda) of Jamestown, TN; her sisters, Fran Kingsley of Castalia, OH and Jane Reinhart (Howard) of Memphis, TN; and her grandchildren, David Evans, Allison Jones, Mark Zimmerman, Scott Zimmerman, Erin Lamz, Christa Thompson, Lee Ann Evans, Melanie Kinton and Millie Crisp. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
