Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved William Winfrey of Canton, North Carolina, who passed away at the age of 54, on February 13, 2025. He was predeceased by: his wife Roxanne Dobransky Winfrey; his father David Winfrey; his stepfather Eddie Payne; and his brother-in-law Jeff Owens. He is survived by: his son Cody Winfrey (Sydney); his grandchildren, Hunter and Roxy of Asheville; his mother Melissa Welch of Canton; his sister Amie Owens of Franklin; his stepmother Elaine Winfrey of Diboll, Texas; his stepbrothers, Mark Williams (Trudie) and Wayne Williams (Roselyn); and his close friend Laura Schock of Canton. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles, three nephews, two nieces and one great-nephew; many cousins.
A reception will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Ray Funeral Home and Cremation Service (1 N Main St, Canton, NC 28716).
