He was predeceased by: his father John Perry; his brother Steve Perry; his stepfather Ben Scott; his grandmother Pearl Wood; his cousin Travis Wood; and his close friends, Sonny Boykin and Doyle.
He is survived by: his children, Travis Perry of Wilmington, Madonna Nash (Zach Stauffer) of Supply and Angela Croom (Steven) of Bolivia; his grandchildren, Jett Croom, Asia Norris, Brandt Norris, Kaitlyn Perry and William Perry; his mother Vivian Scott of Florida; and his friends, Jim Hunt, Julie Messer, Charlie Duke and Joe Thompson. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
