He is survived by: his close friend Phyllis; his son Bo (April); his brother Dwight (Darlene); his grandchildren, Blake (Ashley) and Ashley Fisher; his great grandchildren, Elijah, Avari and Jasper; his nephews, David, Scott, Crit and Bryan; his sister-in-law Lynn Fisher of Indiana; and his nieces, Becky Sellers (Chris) and Brittany Fisher.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Wounded Warriors Project or any Veteran Organization.
