He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Roosevelt and Mary Theresa Kane Holland. He is survived by: his siblings, Angela Darlene Tinkham of Illinois, Tabatha Koehn of Wisconsin and Richard Worley of Candler; and his stepmother Lana Holland of Mississippi.
