He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Smith and Isabelle Revis Smith. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Smith; his son Jack G. Baldwin, Jr. (Lisa); his grandchildren, Jack Gregory Baldwin (Samantha), Jessica Gabriela Hamlin (T. J.) and Heather Danielle Merrill (Jake); his great grandchildren, Jaelyn, Hadleigh, Emmett, Jace, Raelyn and Bryson; and his sister-in-law Sandra Waddell. He is also survived by his family and was a beloved Papaw to his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
