She was predeceased by: her parents, Truman Cutshaw and Mae Messer Cutshaw; her husband Don Charles Mintz; her siblings, Jean Rose, Brenda Houser and Butch Cutshaw; and her grandsons, James Mariah Mintz and Jackson Robert Mintz.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Rose, Martha Putnam (Charlie), Melissa Queen (David), Charles Mintz (Patsy), John Mintz (Susan) and Martin Mintz; and her siblings, Hazel Surret and John Cutshaw (Shirley).
