With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Hense Wilkinson (Canton, North Carolina), born in Newark, New Jersey, who passed away on February 19, 2022 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillian Burghardt Hense and William Ernest Hense; her husband Reading Wilkinson; her sons, Reading Wilkinson, III and James Norman Wilkinson; her grandson Matthew James; and her brother William Hense.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen (Patricia) of Harleyville and Anne (Thomas) of Waynesville; her grandsons, Mark (Tiffany), Andrew (Candace) and Joseph; and her great grandchildren, Stone, Ethan, Macey, Joyner, Annsleigh and Daphne.
