He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Franklin Spivey, Sr. and Hazel Venable Spivey. He is survived by: his wife Julie Angelo Spivey of Canton; his children, Antoinette "Toni" Criswell (Terrell) of Canton, Rick Spivey (Linda) of Greenville, SC, Kevin Spivey (Robin) of Franklin and Kenny Spivey (Anita) of Inverness; his granddaughters, Brooke and Ashley Spivey; and his brother Jack Jonah Spivey of Tampa, Florida.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home (1 N Main St, Canton, NC 28716). The military honors will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Chapel of Crawford (1 N Main St, Canton, NC 28716).
