He is survived by: his sons, Phillip Curtis Blaylock (Kim) of Fletcher and Douglas Bradford Blaylock of Cruso; his siblings, Debbi Hall (Ronnie) of Cruso and Denver Blaylock of Cruso; and his grandsons, Nathan Blaylock (Madison) of Fletcher and Garrett Blaylock of Atlanta.
