He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Hamilton Allen and Winifred Parks Allen; and his brother Paul Hamilton Allen of Haywood County. He is survived by: his wife Estelena Robinson Allen; his children, Clara Allen Curtis (David) of Clyde and Roy Allen (Dawn) of Clyde; his granddaughters, Ellen Anne Yanik (John) of Nashville and Emma Curtis Ryan (Kevin) of Los Angeles; and his brother Gedwin Allen (Barbara) of Canton, N. C.. He is also survived by friends and family.
