She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry James and Donna James. She is survived by: her husband Mike; her siblings, Darrell James, Johnny James (Pam), Donna Surrett (Darrell) and Keith James; and her sisters-in-law, Lisa McClure (Larry), Meredith Jones (George) and Patsy Mintz (Charles). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Garrett Funeral Home (460 N Main St, Clyde, NC 28721). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Garrett Funerals and Cremations (460 N Main St, Waynesville, NC 28786).
