He was predeceased by: his parents, William Putnam and Velma Head Putnam. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; and his children, Carolyn Putnam, Edith L Putnam and Henry Putnam, Sr. (Linda). He is also survived by five grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; two brothers; several nephews and nieces and his seven beloved dogs.
