She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Stamey and Elsie Wright Stamey; her husband Raymond Dexter O'Neil; her children, LeFaine O'Neil and Patricia Blaylock; and her siblings, Bob, Carroll Stamey, Lois Stamey and Barbara Barns.
She is survived by: her daughter Renee O'Neil Whitmire (Jim) of Fletcher; her son-in-law Phillip Blaylock of Canton; her grandchildren, Curtis Blaylock (Kim) of Fairview, Brad Blaylock of Canton and Ashley Whitmire Sales (Chad) of Fairview; her great grandchildren, Nathan Blaylock (Madison) and Garrett Blaylock of Fairview; her cousin Carolyn Smathers (Mike); and also Heath. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
