He was predeceased by: his parents, Madison Roosevelt and Flora Sanford Mann; and his wife Glenna Bernice Wilson Mann. He is survived by: his children, Karen Henry (John) of Sylva, Becky Marcus (Tony) of Canton, Brad Mann of Canton and Dewayne Mann (Lisa) of Canton; and his siblings, Hilda Mann Long (Armon) of Canton and Porter Mann of Canton. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and three great-grandsons.
