She was predeceased by: her father Larry Steve Lewis. She is survived by: her mother Rita Kay Ogle Lewis; her husband Derrick Thomason; her daughters, Alexis Brook Latham Hasbrook, Brittany Nicole Latham, Candra Lia Thomason, Gabriella Elaine Evans and Darian Lasha Green; and her siblings, Sarah Beth Shults and Johnny Steven Lewis. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; along with numerous extended family and friends.
