We are sad to announce that on September 8, 2023, at the age of 77, Johnnie Wilkie Henderson (Canton, North Carolina), born in Jackson, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Catherine Wyatt and John A. Wilkie; her husband Roy Lee Henderson, Sr.; her son Jeffrey Lee Henderson; and her sisters, Carolyn Duncan, Brenda Taylor and Shirley Shead.
She is survived by: her children, Angela Henderson (Bill) and Roy Lee Henderson, Jr. (Kelly); her daughter-in-law Carrie Ann Henderson; her sisters, Wanda Mae McNallie, Vera Kay Surrett and Betty Wilkie; and her caregivers, Kayla, Shelley and Melissa. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren; also many dear friends.
