He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Chandler and Oda Eversole Chandler; and his siblings, Emory, Abner, Luther Chandler, Sarah Jane Hubbard, Lucy Morgan and Emmaline Chandler.
He is survived by: his wife Eva Cagle Chandler; his sister Mary Bland Hoover of Union; and his sister-in-law Linda Best of Clyde. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
