She was predeceased by: her parents, James S. Treadway and Mildred Sams Treadway Sorrells; her grandparents, Hulin, Grace Case, Floyd and Lena Sams; and her brother-in-law Jon Johnson.

She is survived by: her siblings, Mike Treadway (Dale) of Canton, Doris Johnson of Canton, Terry Trull (Sheila) of Canton and Keith Treadway of Canton; her stepmother Ruth Treadway of Canton; and her friend April Shepard (Ingles). She is also survived by les family and many dear friends; also her beloved dog.
