He was predeceased by: his father Ray Lewis. He is survived by: his mother Louise Taylor of Marion; his wife Vicki Lewis; his sons, Jamie Lewis of Canton, NC, John Lewis of Sylva and Jeff Lewis of Jacksonville, Fla; his grandchildren, Amanda (Tyler), Josh (Wendy) and Jonathan; and his great grandchildren, Juliette and Matilda. He is also survived by 1 Sister and 2 Brothers.
