He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Webb and Delitha Gibson Webb; his children, Angela Miller Rogers and Eddy Miller; and his sister Joann Norris.
He is survived by: his wife Sarah Messer Webb; his children, Michael Webb, Marianna Webb Honeycutt, Tony Miller, Steve Miller and Marilynn Marcus; and his brother Robert Webb. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren.
