With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Irene Haynes (Canton, North Carolina), who passed away on November 20, 2021 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Olus Delane Massie and Laura Rose McIntosh; her husband William Ray Haynes (Bill); and her sisters, Geneva Mitchell (Sam), Wanda Smathers and Oleen Misbach (Henry Misbach).
She is survived by: her sons, William Delane Haynes (Susie) of Whittier, NC and David Lee Haynes (Jeanie Frye) of Cornelius, NC; and her grandchildren, Ashely Haynes (Adam Flory), Ameila Haynes and David MacKenzie Haynes (Rebecca Cohen).
