He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Elwood Shook, Sr. and Odell Rogers Shook; and his brothers, Morris and T. E. Shook. He is survived by: his significant other Margie Martin Shook of Canton; his son Dewayne Shook (Karen Shook) of Canton; his siblings, Hiawatha McKinnish of Canton, Preacher Jack Shook of Easley, SC and Harold Shook of Canton; his grandchildren, Josh Shook, Anna Shook, Hannah Burchette, Leah Hickox, Mariah Tyree, Eli Shook and Toshia Crompton; his son Thomas; and also Thomas Shook (Lauri Shook) of Canton. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; numerous nephews and nieces.
