He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Lou Burrell White. He is survived by: his sisters, Carol White (Mary) and Vicki Summitt (Butch); his children, Jonathan White (Suzanne) and Jennifer White (Dee); his granddaughters, Rebecca Herbertson (Clint) and Rosalyn White (Sean Wheeler); and his great grandchildren, Elijah Herbertson, Everett Herbertson and Eloise Herbertson.
