He was predeceased by: his father Wayne Surrett. He is survived by: his mother Edna Williams Surrett of Waynesville; his girlfriend Tela Peterson of Weaverville; his sons, Blake Aaron Surrett (Rachel) of Canton and Dakota Surrett of Clyde; his sisters, Linda Beck (Jeff) of Canton, Cindy Chastain (John) of Clyde and Patricia Surrett of Canton; and his grandchildren, Kailynn, Austin, Hunter, Noah, Tanner, Zander, Lakota and Cruz. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
