"Chuck" Stines (Mona) of Fernandina Beach, William H. "Bill" Stines (Jill) of Linville and Mary Lib Ladner (James) of Black Mountain; his grandchildren, Tanner Stines (Megan) of Athens, Georgia, Zachary Stines (Lindy) of Albany, Will Stines (Marissa) of San Diego, California and Nicole Stines of San Diego, California; and his sister-in-law Joyce Stines of Blowing Rock. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
