It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emma Lou Jones Ramey (Canton, North Carolina), who passed away on July 5, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde James and Glenna Arvilla Robinson Jones; her husband Jack O'Neil Ramey; her son Mark Ramey; and her siblings, Georgia Davis, Wayne, Charles and Mark "Sonny" Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Dean Ramey (Melaine), Terry Ramey, Becky Ramey and Carol Ramey; her grandchildren, Daniel, Jacob Ramey, Deanna Ramey, Kristina Edwards (Shawn), Lucas Ramey, Terry Ramey, Jr., Tabatha Mershon, Katherine Ramey, Molly Ramey, Desirae Ramey, Jeff Cabe, Courtney Evans and Kara Evans; and her great grandchildren, Carson Edwards and Savannah Ramey.
