She was predeceased by: her parents, Caswell McDowell and Mabel Henson Reece; her husband Homer Pless; and her brother Edgar Reece. She is survived by: her daughter Theresa Bates (Raymond) of Canton; her sister Naomi Reece Henderson of Bethel; her sister-in-law Elizabeth Reece of Cruso; and her granddaughters, LeAnn and Cyrena Bates. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
