She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Clontz and Louemma Clontz; and her brothers, Ray Wright and BIlly Clontz. She is survived by: her son Sam Wright (Shirley) of Maggie Valley; her granddaughter Ashley Passmore (David); and her great grandchildren, Wyatt Passmore and Emma Wright.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Morning Star Community Cemetery Fund at PO Box 1746, Canton, NC 28716.
