She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry Herman and Alcie Henson Cook; her husband George Ray Cook; her grandson Chad Buchanan; and her siblings, Marie Steppleton, Martha Mease, Ruby Gibson and Earl Cook.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Buchanan (Doug) of Cary and Rhonda Earley of Canton; her brother Guy Cook of Canton; her grandchildren, Brian Buchanan (Angie), Amanda and Aaron Earley; and her great grandchildren, Parker and Peyton Buchanan.
