She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Davis and Margie Davis; her husband J. Oliver Blackwell; and her son Jeffery O. Blackwell. She is survived by: her children, Terry Blackwell (Patricia) of Flat Rock, NC, Janet B. Dickens (Tom Shea) of Live Oak, FL and Jo Ann Blackwell of Boiling Springs, SC; her sister Hester Martin of Moore, SC; her grandchildren, Hilary Blackwell (Chris Hayes) of Mills River, Jennifer B. Schweitzer (Brandon) of Columbus, NC and John Dickens (Rebecca) of Corvallis, OR; and her great grandchildren, Sadie, Ellie and Callie. She is also survived by several nieces and a nephew.
