She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Summey and Hazel Ledbetter Summey; and her daughter Tabatha Jean Davis. She is survived by: her husband Alvin Eugene Lowe; her children, Melissa Payne (Bryan) and Charles Dewayne Summey (Nick); her grandchildren, Alyssa, Kaleb Summey, Levi, Anna, Joshua Payne, Angel, Benjamin McBrayer and Victoria Davis; and her siblings, Darlene Burnette (Bobby), Linda Pruett (Ken) and Michael Summey (Glynis).
