She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Louise Williams; her husband Walter Mills; her daughter Stacy Orr (Scott); her stepchildren, Teresa Mills (Helena) and Kimbra Cagle; her sister Elenda Williams; her granddaughter Hailee Orr; and her stepgrandson Shawn Messer (Paige).
