Dale Willis Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dale Willis of Canton, North Carolina, who passed away on April 15, 2021 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Augustus and Ruth Clark Willis; his siblings, Herschel, Troy, Paul Willis and Faye; his foster son Dale L. Wood; his nephews, James, Dean, Dwight and Michael; and his great-nephew Shane Dale.
He is survived by: his sisters, Melba Goodyear of Canton and Bonnie Willis of Canton; his nieces and nephews, Annette Paxton (Terry) of Canton, Jannette Willis of Canton, Sheila Hannah of Alabama, Cecil Willis of Weaverville and David Willis (Sherry) of Canton; his grandsons, Dale L. Wood, Jr. (Brooke) of Greensboro and Cameron T. Wood of Sweden; and his great grandchild Addilyn Wood.
