He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles M. Garrison, Sr. and Wanda Brown Garrison. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Holland Garrison; his daughter Michelle Rogers (Steffan); his grandchildren, Isaac Rogers and Savannah Rhinehart (Seth); his siblings, Joan Emerson (Monte) and Roy Garrison; and his sister-in-law Karen Garrison.
